Donations
Monetary contributions or donations made towards our blood donation/awareness programs are non-refundable.
Once a donation is completed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
Blood Requests & Processing Charges
In case a request for blood is placed and charges are paid, refunds will not be issued once the blood unit is processed or issued.
If the request is cancelled before processing, we may refund the amount (excluding transaction/processing fees).
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
